Judith Lynn Mauck, 75, passed away December 2, 2018 at Longmont United Hospital.

Judy was born December 3, 1942 in Ely, Nevada to Floyd and Ruby (Manifold) Brouhard. She moved with her family to Greeley, CO in 1946 and then to Longmont in 1952. Judy graduated from Longmont High School in 1960 and attended Colorado State University for one year.

On August 27, 1961 she married Wilbur Mauck in Longmont.

She briefly worked at the Longmont National Bank before starting her long career at Longmont High School from 1966 beginning as an attendance secretary and concluding her last 15 years as the secretary for the principal. Judy retired in 1997.

She was a member of the Allenspark Community Church.

July liked to travel with Wilbur, she was always eager for a trip. Their journeys included a round the world cruse in 1998, trips to Peru, Tahiti, Rome and many places. Judy also loved to dance, Wilbur remembers going to the Elitch Gardens Trocadero Ballroom and dancing to big band music. Judy had a tremendous sweet tooth. She loved and was devoted to her family, especially the grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Judy is survived by husband Wilbur, sons Gerald Mauck and wife Sherryl and Kenneth Mauck and wife Monique, grandchildren Sydney, Thomas, Lucas and Sean and her brother James Brouhard and wife Alice.

Memorial service will be held 11:00 am Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Cremation entrusted to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory.
