Marcus McCray Proulx, passed away suddenly on October 16, 2017 at Longmont United Hospital. He was 55 years old.

Marcus was born October 21, 1961 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Richard and Betty (McCray) Proulx. As an infant he moved with his family to Massachusetts and later to Manassas, Virginia. They settled in Longmont, CO in July of 1966. Marcus attended Longmont High School.

He has worked for many years as a repairman at the Kirby Vacuum store at Third Ave. and Main St.
Marcus also bought and sold silver.

Marcus liked scientific stuff, science fiction and woodworking.

He is survived by his mother Betty McCray Putman, father Richard Proulx, daughter Elizabeth Proulx and two sisters Judith Bean and Molly Hoisington.
